Shipping

All Dunkle products are shipped from Meanjin/Brisbane, Australia.

Orders are shipped through Sendle or Australia Post within 1 business day and include email tracking. Orders within Australia normally arrive within 2 to 7 days and internationally within 2 to 3 weeks.

International orders may be subject to local tax depending on the country, it is the client’s responsibility to understand and pay this, or the order will be returned back to us.

Orders are packaged with recyclable tissue, cardboard, and paper tape to support ongoing sustainability for our planet. 

Our natural products can be affected by excessive heat, please ensure orders are picked up as soon as possible and kept in a cool, dry environment.

Teturns

We are happy to provide full refunds for all orders, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase. Please email hello@dunkleauthentic.com to notify us as soon as possible. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we have received the returned product, please allow 10 days for the refund of monies to the bank account.

Instead of offering product exchanges, we recommend placing a new order through our online shop and returning your original purchase as outlined above.
